Junior IT Product Manager / API services (alternance)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

With our products requiring intensive transactional communication between our international customers and us, we have created “EH SmartLink”, which is a SOAP-based API that is integrated directly in the customer’s systems such as SAP. This solution happens to be a great success - it is actually established the leading service and a strategic asset within the credit insurance business.
Still, we work continuously to make it better, and available to more users.
We have set up a competence center with mixed IT/Business skillsets, in order to ensure customer-centric design, development and monitoring of the service. This will give you the opportunity to work “between both worlds” and thus get a lot of multi-disciplinary experience in the Financial B2B sector.
Our team consists of rather young, open-minded profiles and will be more than happy to embrace people from diverse backgrounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the owner of our Wordpress-based API documentation web portal, including migration and creation of user documents in English language. You should help us in performing detailed functional API testing, making sure our services are in line with customer expectations and technical SLA. You should also participate to the planning of IT developments, and to the continuous improvement of our API service offering, such as automated testing, improving IT infrastructure, evolution of an
integration software, etc…
We will be there to support you in getting the necessary skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Fluent in English
Master 2, School oriented in IT, MOA skills, SOAP, REST, network
Team player, curious, solution-oriented, cultural open-minded
