Today we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our company in Singapore.

In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager keen to join an enthusiastic team!
As a business development manager you will prospect and develop new accounts and also extend business in existing accounts. Your responsibility will be to close business deals and maintain a lasting relationship with customers for repeat business.
You will identify and select the best individuals coming from the world-class universities to join your team. You will train them and help them to develop their skills to become excellent Consultants.
As an “intrapreneur”, you will formulate business development and sales strategies and represent Alan Allman Asia at different business meetings and recruitment fairs.
Profile :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience in technical solutions. An excellent educational background is required (at least a Master’s Degree)
The candidate must have very good presentation and communication skills to be able to convince, handle objections and close deals quickly.
A good knowledge of the industries and services in South East Asia and in particular Singapore is required.
A very good level of English is mandatory. (Chinese and French are a plus)
