Job description

1. HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental)

· Familiar with company regulations of HSE and strictly implementing HSE procedures.( Employee Handbook and Safety Handbook)

熟悉公司关于HSE方面的各项规定并严格执行。(遵守员工手册和安全手册中的规定)

· Understand the Golden Principle and 8 LSRs and know how to act accordingly.

理解黄金原则和8项救命法则并知晓如何执行。

· Ensure the shift zero reportable incident through follow the 8 LSR like, LOTOTO, Confined Space, other work permit

确保本班遵守公司的安全规定确保零安全事故。

· Communicate with team to discuss the HSE alerts and incident investigation.

与团队沟通HSE事故，并进行调查。

· Ability to conduct risk assessment and safety training

具备安全风险评估能力和安全培训能力

· Coordinate HSE activities on shop floor.

协调落实关于现场HSE方面的活动。（如现场的安全演习，安全巡检等）

· Monitor subcontractor compliance with applicable HSE requirements.

监督承包商遵守HSE的要求和规定。

· Ability to report near-miss or incidents.

具备隐患事故 或事故报告的能力。

· Verify and update all required HSE postings and signs work permit.

核实并更新所有HSE的要求和签署工作许可证。

· Actively involved in the BBS process and carry out regular observations and welcome being observed.

积极参与BBS，定期观察，并乐于被观察。

2. People Management & Development/Working Relationships

· Provide coaching and development of shift team member about process.

培训和发展本班成员的工艺及操作技能。

· Performs performance reviews of shift team member.

对本班员工的绩效负责

· Implements training plan for the production department

落实生产部的培训计划

3. Manufacturing Excellence

· Ability to operate and optimize the packing system and PLC system.

具备操作和优化包装自动化系统和化工自动化系统。

· Ability to write out SOP or SWS.

具备起草标准作业指导书或可视化指导书的能力。

· Understand the in process quality control plan and know to do it.

理解并执行产品过程质量控制。

· To be responsible for managing the shift's daily operation and handle materials and final products according to work instruction。

负责管理日常生产事宜并按上级的安排处理物料和产品。

· To arrange, monitor and evaluate the work of operators。

安排、监督并评估操作工。

· To be responsible for machinery and coaching and training for operators

对设备负责和培训员工操作

· Developing core skill and team work ethics, effective interface with engineering and technical support and also provide direction during un-planned events

具有核心技能和团队合作精神，在一些突发情况中能及时有效地协调沟通。

· Contribute to the team for continuous improvements

促进生产团队不断地改进和完善。

· Follow-up all production processes to guarantee the high quality of products with continues improvement actions, high efficiency

· Ensure a good communication & cooperation between shift teams

· Plan and perform relevant housekeeping to maintain a good working environment （5S）

计划并执行相关的事宜，同时保持良好的工作环境。遵守5S

· Reporting of production items according production balanced Scorecard

根据生产部平衡记分卡汇报生产数据

· Assist production Manager in general functions

协助生产经理相关事宜。

· Close co-operation with Maintenance to improve productivity and decrease the production cost

紧密与工程部合作提高生产效率降低生产成本

Desired profile

· Education: Bachelor degree. Major: Chemcial engineering

· Have some knowledge about PLC and chemical equipment

· Working experience in HSE

· Good communication skills

· Minimum 2 years of experience in same or similar position

Written and Oral English
