It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space. As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy.
Especially for young talents IM offers best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forward-looking environment. Working in IM means living and breathing the global trends (developments) such as digitalization, innovation and a new ways of working. The BRM team is working closely with Airbus DS internal customers to deliver services and projects. In this context we are looking for a working student at our office at Taufkirchen.
As a working student you will be in charge to support the team on running projects, initiatives and day-to-day business.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

·  Supporting the management and project managers to initiate and run projects
·  Setup and maintenance of workspaces in Microsoft SharePoint
·  Contribution to creation and maintenance of presentations
·  Contribution to organisation, execution and follow-up activities of internal events
·  Research and documentation activities
·  Supporting the team in the daily business

Required skills

Your offer:

·  Enrolled full time student within (Business) Information Technology, General Engineering, Mathematical Economics or a similar type of study
·  Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Independent and thorough way of working
·  Talent for organisation and communication
·  German: fluent / negotiation level
·  English: fluent / negotiation level
·  French: desirable
