Aufgaben

· 
Unterstützung und Mitarbeit in werksinternen, externen und Digitalisierungsprojekten

· 
Aufnahme und Analyse von IST-Prozessen und -Rollen sowie die Entwicklung fundierter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, standardisierter Abläufe nach Best Practice-Anwendung und Abgleich mit existierenden Organisations- und Rollenmodellen

· 
Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von (Teil-)Projekten

· 
Darstellung komplexer Prozessabläufe

· 
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings

Qualifikationen

· 
Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftspsychologie (mind. 3. Semester)

· 
Kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit

· 
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

· 
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Google Workspace von Vorteil
