The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. 

VIE Main Requirements:

- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.

- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any. 

- Fluent in English.

A VIE for an “IM Business Relationship manager (h/f)” has arisen within Helicopters Chile in Santiago. 

In Airbus Helicopter, the IM WorldWide Services (WWS) department mission is to act as:

· 
BRM Business Relationship manager on the various subsidiaries of the group to collect and animate irritants resolutions.

· 
Animate some continuous improvement activities in the IM landscape to improve efficiency of subsidiaries activities.

· 
Coordinate and support IM activities in the interaction between group and local IM. Support on deploying some group initiatives to subsidiaries (Either Airbus Helicopters or Airbus Group)  but also supporting local initiatives requiring group involvement.

In this context, you will act as the local representative of WWS in Chile supporting various continuous improvement projects in the Latin America region.

The Latin America Region is mainly composed of Brazil, Mexico and Chile.

This VIE can start in October 2024 and will last 24 months.

For France:

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· 
As a major contribution, you will particularly work on IM process maturity in Chile and process harmonization in the Latin America region. 

· 
Your mission, with the support of the regional head of IM and central governance will be to define and implement harmonized IM processes taking into account necessary change management with the different stakeholders.

· 
On top of this main mission, you will be managing several IM projects or continuous improvement initiatives.  In the respect of Airbus methodology, you will deliver IM applications in the respect of time, budget and quality.

Required skills

Diploma/Master's degree in IT (or a similar course of technical studies)

· 
Process management

· 
Project management

Change management

· 
General IT knowledge (IAM, network, digital workplace, ITIL framework)

· 
Soft skills:

· 
High level of autonomy and empowerment is necessary

Structured and rigorous

· 
Good collaboration, teamwork and stakeholder management

Delivery on Time, Quality and Cost

· 
Transparency and facilitation

· 
Language Skills:

· 
Good level in English

· 
Fluent in Spanish

· 
Portuguese is a plus
