Description of the job

Vacancies for a UI/UX designers have arisen within Airbus to be based on the Toulouse site in France.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

As UX/UI designer your responsibilities in the multidisciplinary design team will be:

¤ Facilitating the gathering, prioritisation, sum-up and visualisation of clients and user needs (captured with the rest of the team)
¤ Proposing and conducting Search in analogic fields
¤ Reviewing & evaluating existing user experiences (creating user journey, experience map revealing pain points and opportunities)
¤ Animating creative workshops with multi-disciplinary profiles (users or stakeholders)
¤ Generating, proposing and discussing proposals to answer UX needs (quick and dirty prototyping, paper mock-up, storyboard)
¤ Designing User Interfaces (displays and interactions) to support the concept (wireframes, screenflow, detailed graphic design, animations)
¤ Contributing to design assessment with end-users (Usability tests)
¤ Creating UX deliverables that are thorough and concise such as; * Personas, use cases & work flows * Information
architecture and site maps * Interaction specifications with annotated wireframes
¤ Communicating design solutions to stakeholders in an engaging manner
¤ Working with developers to support their questions and ensure that focus on usability and user experience in the end product is a priority.

Required skills

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competencies:

¤Educated to master level (or equivalent) in industrial creation or a related discipline.
¤UX/UI competence
¤Product development experience
¤Experience within the aeronautical sector would be a plus
¤project management culture
¤Adobe Illustrator, SketchApp, Affter Effect, motion graphic tools.
¤Mastering of the following concepts and ways of working:
Interaction (HMI structures, tactile), Graphics (Semiotics, guidelines), Design thinking, User Centric Design Cycle, UX approaches (user journey, storyboards, experience maps, empathy maps...), ideation.
¤creativty, Ability to find new opportunities for UX/UI development and disseminate Design Thinking
¤Curiosity towards new tools and ways of working.
¤ Ability to communicate your ideas clearly
¤ Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
¤ Ability to work on multiple projects at once
¤Demonstrated ability to build and manage a solid professional network
¤ A negotiation level of English
¤ An advanced level of French
