Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Programme Controller has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.
You will join the team of 4 within the FCW Department.

You want to make our Programme more profitable. That’s exactly the role of the “A330 & A380 Continuing Support Controller” has to offer!
In an international environment, connected with a wide Finance network, in collaboration with multicultural teams, you will be responsible for the main challenges related to the Continuing support for the A330 & A380 Programmes.
You will contribute via the A330 Adapt To Rate Project at reducing the NRC Cost base of A330 Programme and to define the Targets to all the contributors within this frame. You will support the A380 Sunset Project until end of 2019 in order to close properly this Programme.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• All Financial Planning, Controlling & Reporting exercises for A330 & A380 Continuing Support, challenging the cost base in convergence with the Contributors
• Develop an independent economical view of overall operational performance (FAL, Plants, Engineering, Supply Chain) based on an assessment of key drivers status and improvement initiatives
• Support the Head of A330 & A380 NRC Financial Controller in obtaining full visibility of Continuing Support cost base to ensure the sound basis for business advice & support to Senior Management in line with Programme rate evolution
• Support and development of any initiative aiming to better master the Cost of Non Quality actions and ensure their implementation within the Financial references of the Programme.
• Validate the A330 & A380 Capex dossier for Programme Finance

This role will involve some travel for business once month max in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
You have the following skills and experience:
• Educated to a Master degree in finance and/or economics or in Engineering with Finance appetite
• A 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Programme Management Officer is a plus

• Strong knowledge of the Pack Office/Gsuite and SAP/IFRP reports

• Recognized team player with capacity to work in and drive multifunctional teams to meet tight project deadlines

• Positive and 'can do' attitude to propose alternative ideas on risk mitigation or financing models

• Ability to challenge excellent communications skills stakeholder management

• Language skills: negotiation level of English is required fluency in French, or German is a plus
