Stage – SPECIFICATION ET MISE EN PLACE D’UN GEOATLAS DYNAMIQUE DE DONNEES SATELLITAIRES (H/F)

Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale , vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégrer dans une année de césure , d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année.

Une offre de stage en Spécification et mise en place d'un GeoAtlas dynamique de données satellitaires (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus  sur notre site de Sophia Antipolis, région d’Antibes .

Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir du 03 février 2020  (date sujette à une certaine flexibilité).

Vous rejoindrez le département « Engineering Product Management » en charge de définir et realiser des produits à haute valeur ajoutée comme la Pixel Factory ou One Atlas.

Dans le cadre de la validation de tous nos produits, le stage aura pour objet de spécifier, de développer et de mettre en place un outil de catalogage et de visualisation de données. En effet, nous disposons d’un grand nombre de jeux de données et nous souhaitons pouvoir associer à chaque jeu des caractéristiques permettant une recherche simple et une visualisation géographique.

·  Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

·  comprendre et spécifier les besoins au sein des équipes sophiapolitaines, c’est-à-dire regrouper les exigences et les attentes d’un tel outil.
·  développer des outils pour cataloguer des données accessibles dans une base PostgreSQL.
·  déployer les outils afin de permettre la visualisation en local des données via l’application de système d’information géographique QGIS, et configurer un MapServer pour un accès au travers d’un navigateur.

·  Profil recherché et Compétences requises :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en Informatique et Science du numérique ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en Géomatique et vous avez les compétences suivantes :

·  Anglais : DEBUTANT
·  Français : NEGOCIATION
·  Un vif intérêt pour les systèmes d’information géographique
·  Connaissance des bases de données et Map server

·  Savoir-être :

·  Rigoureux (se), curieux (se) et autonome
·  Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication
·  Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’organisation
·  Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for an intern for Specification ad implementation of a dynamic Geoatlas of satellite data (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse – Palays .

This internship is to be filled from February, 3rd 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department « Engineering Product Management » which activities include definition and implementation of high value products such as Pixel Factory or One Atlas.

The objective of the internship is to specify, develop and deploy a tool that will be able to catalogue and visualize data. We have a large number of dataset and we would like to set characteristics that permit simple researches and graphical visualization.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  understand and specify need of each local teams, gather requirements for the new tool,
·  develop tools to insert data in database PostgreSQL,
·  deploy tools for local visualization thought QGis application and configure a MapServer for browser acces.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 , in Computer science and software engineering or equivalent, with specialisation in Geomatic, and you obtain following competences:

·  English: BEGINNER,
·  French: NEGOTIATION
·  You are interested in geographic information systems.
·  You have a good knowledge of databases and map server.

·  Soft skills:

·  Rigorous, curious and autonomous
·  Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player
·  Have organizational skills
·  Able to analyze and synthesize information
·  Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
