You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support the Advanced Data Analytics & Governance team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us at the Procurement Data Office for 18 hours/week (flexi-time).

Location: Taufkirchen/Munich

Start: January 2020

Duration: 12 months

As working student you will support the department in providing and implement the foundation of Advanced Data Analytics thanks to a robust & clear business data model and ontology for all Airbus solutions (e.g. DDMS - Digital Design, Manufacturing & Services , Skywise - Data Lake, … ) to support transparency, decision making and drive associated change management between Airbus, Suppliers & Airlines.

to Build-up procurement contribution of a future digital company PDYA department is in charge to Govern, manage & provide high Quality data, drive automated self-services reporting via enhanced analytics solutions,.

Your exciting tasks:

- Support of the improvement Projects for PYD (Procurement Digital & Business Capabilities)

Support for Data Governance projects

- Management of procurement master data and processes for suppliers, commodities and purchasing groups

- Consolidation, Creation and analysis reports and special ad-hoc analysis for strategic purposes

- Analysis of data (Focus on concepts and strategy) including improvement identification and proposals

You offer:

- You are an enrolled full time student within Business Administration, Information Management / Systems or similar field of study

- You are used to work with Microsoft Office / G-Suite

- You have knowledge on working with databases (BW/BI, SQL,…)

- You speak English Fluent and it is a plus, if you speak German and/or French as well

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
