Description of the job
Within the A350 Q programme, in line with Programme and Quality objectives, the job holder contributes to secure that A350 A/C section are delivered
according to quality comitment in particular for :
· Customer Protection (securing A/C acceptance by customers)
· CnQ (Cost of Non Quality) reduction
· Preventive Quality Standard deployment
and that Quality management system is in place and sustainable for Ramp-up phase.
Main activities :
· For non quality items discovered in FAL or preFAL, the jobholder will :
Study any potential recurrence and root cause analysis (8D), including using Big Data capabilities
· define and follow-up corrective and preventative actions
The jobholder will also make proposal and implement any needed improvement to speed-up the management of non quality issues : Indicators on shop floor, follow-up meetings organization (frenquency, attendees, escalation process),
· Those activities are applicable in the MAKE and BUY (supply chain) perimeter as applicable
The jobholder is in direct contact with quality, manufacturing, engineering, procurement and supply, chief engineering and programme teams.
