Description of the job

A vacancy for a Digital Services Marketing Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse Blagnac. You will join the SLMC department.

You will have to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for all new Airbus Services Digital Solutions.

In particular area of expertise, you need to understand the market requirements and the definition the services to address them.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Driving business model toward digital products/services, defining pricing positioning and commercial policy for Airbus-developed e-solutions product/services,
·  Supporting sales campaigns by contributing to customer workshops and capturing requirements in particular for specific customer projects while ensuring overall consistency,
·  Providing marketing material (from high level to technical level) and guidelines, with the support of business lines (DTO/Palantir, Design Office, Support, Engineering),
·  Providing standard commercial documents (commercial offers and contracts) with the support of legal and contracts business lines,
·  Supporting customer sales presentations when specific expertise is required,
·  Developing an experts' network inside and outside Airbus (including customers) on the particular area of interest,
·  Participating to industry and Airbus events in order to spearhead the Digital Services from Services by Airbus and liaise with experts on the same/similar field of expertise.

This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and qualities:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Engineering, Marketing (or similar discipline),
·  At least 5 years of experience in Engineering or IS or Marketing or Procurement or Sales,
·  A first experience in Business / Affairs management is required,
·  MS Office,
·  Sense of curiosity and creativity,
·  Ability to build a network,
·  Ability to have a global overview of the market,
·  Strong communication skills and customer-orientated,
·  Team spirit,
·  English: negotiation level, - French would be a plus.

This position has been graded BV.
