A vacancy for a Simulation Product Engineer has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

We deliver real time simulation of the complete aircraft for design engineers, test engineers, suppliers and pilots. We bring our knowledge of the aircraft and strong, in-house technical expertise in software and hardware development to provide state-of-the-art simulation.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Defining the evolutions of simulation products according to customers' needs,
·  Developing and validating those evolutions from a multi-system standpoint,
·  Delivering to our customers the new versions and the associated documentations,
·  Ensuring products performance and representativeness,
·  Providing technical support to our customers,
·  Proposing innovative solutions in order to improve our product policy,
·  Driving sub-contracting activities in accordance with the Make or Buy strategy.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5 years degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline,
·  A first experience in aeronautics,
·  Software knowledge (LINUX, C, MATLAB & Simulink) but no development within this position,
·  A 1st experience in Multi-systems Integration & Validation would be a plus,
·  Dynamic, good team player and excellent communication skills,
·  Language Skills: advanced level of English.
