A vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager For Desktop Services and Printing (m/f) as arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
# Provide users with hardware and software according to the needs expressed by the users within budget and using IM standards
# Manage, correct or provide support to any incidents detected by the users,
# Provide technical assistance to users in the use of all the components,
# Take care in optimal operating conditions (availability, performance, scalability, and cost)
# Implement safety procedures defined by the information systems security officer and to guarantee their application.
# Manage requests for supplies, local inventory, software licenses
# Manage Desktop Management Services contract (OLA management, operational board meeting)
# Manage printing contract
# Report KPIs

This role will involve occasional travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in generalist IT studies
·  At least 5 years of work experience in IT
·  Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft systems (certification will be a plus)
·  Patience, diplomacy and good relationship with others is essential
·  Discernment in tasks management is an overriding need
·  Advanced level of English
