Responsibilities - your mission

Within the Human Resources business function, you will join the Security Business Partner, specialized in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance around HR data management. The role covers the entire Airbus scope, cross-country and cross-division.

You will be linked with the HR Transformation & Digital department, which has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities for improved HR services and employee experience in compliance with regulations and security.

The position holder will work as a security specialist and privacy relay (GDPR), will be a dedicated contact and advisor for corporate functions and HR specialists.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include, for the full Human Resources perimeter:

1. Enabler of security and data protection in HR Function

· 
Support HR  business projects and daily operations to understand and ensure compliance with Airbus corporate Security directives and Privacy regulation, by applying  requirements and guidelines (ex: provide guidelines for proper use of data, solution / product implementation).

· 
Assist process owners and associated providers in implementing and monitoring the security and Data Protection requirements for their perimeter in the processes and IS tools.

· 
Collaborate with the HR Security partner team to ensure project follow-up, KPI delivery and accurate visibility of the on-going activities (Jira based).

· 
support  the understanding of the corporate security policy within the HR function by different means such as awareness, upskilling and communication to the business support and advice.

· 
​Deploy the security risk based approach in collaboration with the company management teams, by analyzing the legal environment, advising the stakeholders and by anticipating the threats which could harm the company.

2. Risk analysis, mitigation and continuous improvement plan

Taking into account business constraints and needs of the Human Resources environment, mainly consisting in personal data:

· 
Support Security/Privacy assessments using Airbus corporate process,

· 
Translate identified vulnerabilities and non-conformities into risks,

· 
Coordinate  and follow associated remediation plans with system different stakeholders Business, IM and Cyber Architect owners,

3. Facilitation and stakeholders management 

· 
Work closely with the Human Resources Data Officer to ensure that HR data security is properly managed.

· 
Act as HR privacy relay, and work closely with the Data Privacy Team / Privacy focal point to address potential non-compliances and ensure the GDPR compliance of HR Function.

· 
Work as an enabler  between the HR Business, IM Team, Cyber Security, Procurement and suppliers.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

Knowledge and experience on IT Security, Risk Management and Security Architecture

· 
Experience in stakeholder management

· 
Basic knowledge on Data Protection 

· 
Good adaptability, proactiveness and autonomy;

· 
Demonstration of analytical thinking and problem solving;

· 
Good interpersonal and communication skills;

· 
Good team spirit and teamwork;

· 
PMO skills in order to support the team organization and demands management

· 
Fluent in English. German and French are a plus
