As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a HRBP support (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse .

This internship is to be filled from January, 6th at the earliest (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will work in the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) team, which supports the transnational Information Management function.

The IM function employs over 1,500 people in Europe and in all countries where Airbus is present. IM professionals have the opportunity to work through the entire life cycle of the aircraft. IM’s internal clients are Engineering, Manufacturing, Programme Management and all other Airbus functions.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Support to HRBPs for the deployment of HR campaigns throughout the scope (annual interview, recruitment, mobility, performance, salary increase, promotions, etc.)

- Act as project manager in some projects such as those related to integration, mobility, development, etc.

-Support for HRBPs in setting up awareness sessions on HRBP activities and role

- Understanding and responding to business needs

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and tools to meet business demand

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Human Resources, Law, Business or equivalent and you have the following skills:

- English: ADVANCED

- French: ADVANCED

·  Soft skills:

You have a keen interest in multicultural and multinational environments, the spirit of innovation and analytics as well as ease in relationship and communication.

You are motivated, autonomous, like to work in a team, adaptable, customer-focused and have good negotiating and persuasive skills.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
