Description of the job

Our team is in charge of all the IM-IT solutions for Airbus Helicopters Industry. We are currently seeking a SAP business analyst for the support of our customers worldwide. He/she will be responsible of the full lifecycle of the product from design to specification, industrialization, and operation and decommissioning. The position is based in Marignane. The position is transversal: the employee will work for all Aircraft family.

Tasks & accountabilities

As a SAP business analyst your Mission will be:

·  Deliver and maintain application solutions to support AH Industry continuous improvement
·  Deliver IM services for supporting its main internal customer organizations: AH Industry & Flight Line.
·  Act as a center of competences for:

o ERP SAP (Production)
o Interfaces with main backbone solutions (APRISO, ORTEMS)

Your Activities :

·  Take over Business demand and organize appropriately its fulfilment:
·  Project leadership according to adequate methodology: Agile Scrum, SaFE, Suite…
·  Steer project execution until solution delivery and stabilization (on time, cost, quality), in compliance with AH IM Project methodologies & means
·  Validate requirements from business
·  Check/control the deliveries from development teams
·  Interact with other EII department (architecture, technical assets)
·  Organize move into maintenance
·  AMS: Support, bug fixing and Change Requests management as Application Run service delivery
·  Organize Make or Buy strategy and follow the technical performance of the external provider
·  Ensure consistency and synergies for both business processes and solutions implementation among all IM projects executed in his/her expertize areas, worldwide
·  Lead major upgrade projects on new technology (SAP HANA)
·  Be the focal point and animate the network of stakeholders around the domain of expertize, gain and maintain the legitimacy both on functional and technical aspects
·  Contribute to Airbus Group initiatives and working groups in his/her expertize areas

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience: SAP implementation experience for PP module

·  SAP manufacturing/ planification domains knowledge
·  Project management experience
·  Communication skills in particular for ensuring technical synthesis with various stakeholders
·  Team spirit; Good relational capabilities as Ability to work with remote and international teams
·  Welcome problem attitude, Ability to challenge
·  English professional is required
