Job Description

·  To drive performance management and improvement.
·  To analyze quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.
·  Proposing mitigation actions if needed to support discussions and decision making at Management level.
·  Controlling programs and operations.
·  Contributing to earned value management when required and contributes to cash planning.
·  Using financial processes and tools, basic legal and HR processes, and basic project management and technical knowledge in operational areas.
·  Ensuring timely and meaningful planning & reporting.
·  To establish consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools).
·  Managing targets set by programs (non-recurring and recurring cost) through convergence process.
·  Planning workload and workforce according to targets & function strategy, plans & steers resources accordingly.
·  Driving financials and workload planning/forecast process (synthesize plans and challenge contributions).
