Description of the job

A vacancy for an Intern to work on Recruitment Data Analytics has arisen within Airbus Group Employment Operations in Toulouse for 6 months.
This internship will start in February 2017 (date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Airbus Group Employment Operations wants to use more detailed reporting, recruiting analytics and meaningful insights to improve the overall effectiveness of our hiring processes and we are looking for someone to work on a project to develop this.

As such you will work on the following key tasks:

·  Understanding the internal data actually available to us from our HR Systems and external sources.
·  Propose the key analytics that we could be measuring, tracking, analyzing that will be of interest to the recruitment teams, employment marketing teams, HR Department and business as a whole
·  Set up of sustainable and repeatable reporting that can be run at regular intervals
·  Ensure that the presentation of the data contains insightful and easy to understand messages.

Required skills

You will:

·  Be someone studying Mathematics or Statistics or alternatively an HR related degree with a dedicated focus on data.
·  Be really interested in Data Analysis and ideally in its use in HR
·  Possess a high level of Digital Literacy
·  Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
·  Possess a Negotiation Level of English
