Description of the job

One vacancy for a Quality Assurance-conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. The job holder will work for the A320 family and all the Final Assembly lines (FAL's Toulouse, Hamburg, Benjing, Mobile).

You will join the team to support quality standard deployment cross FALs.
Working on the harmonization of the different A320 Fals worldwide, this job offers opportunities for some travels, working transversally and transnationally to develop, harmonize, standardize processes and tools.

Quality activities for industrial developments as well as quality and safety standards (national and international authorities) are also part of the scope.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

a. Ensure the Quality Management System.
b. Ensure the interaction with POA (Production Organization Approval) managers for EASA audits finding closure including internal audits and assessment performances.
c. Ensure the central Quality links regarding processes and Quality standards. Ensure the links with process owners wherethe process improvement is needed.
d. Ensure the quality of industrial developments supported by Quality standards application
e. Play the role of SME (subject master expert) Management
f. Assess and evaluate process improvement cross-fals and propose necessary action plan to put in place with the aim of harmonization

Required skills

Strong background in Quality (tools, methods, processes & standards)
Audit/assessment experience
Continuous Improvement mindset
Strong communication skills.

Quick learner and autonomous mindset.
Team player with previous experience working with transnational teams.

¤ Language Skills:
Negotiation level of English and French
German would be a plus.
