Description of the job

A vacancy for a Project Management Officer for SAP Migration (m/f) has arisen within (Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Deploying the project and define its various stages.
·  Doing transverse work with the finance and operational department
·  Facilitating the SAP ‘s implementation and deployment (with the pilot stage)
·  Managing the migration without impacting the operational team
·  Being the interface between the engineering and the finance team

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
·  Previous experience in Project Management
·  General knowledge in data base and in SAP
·  Facilitate, anticipate the risks and interactions
·  Analytical ability, listening skills and pragmatism
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Negotiation level of French and advanced level of English.
