Description of the job
A vacancy for a PMBP for agile and digital solutions @ Customer Services has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the PMBP Customer Services department.
You will be accountable to:
· Promote agile ways of working and teach the business on leading edge digital solutions to ensure a later sustainable autonomy in running A330 ceo and neo and in service with those solutions
· Support the operational digitalization roll-out within for A330/340 Programme Support for A330 ceo and neo as pilot for the overall Programme Support organization
· Deploy and improve cloud-based software solutions tailored to customer needs and ensure vertical-data aggregation
· Ensure proper set-up, training and following autonomy of the business to run monitoring and controlling for all
· Act as spear head for enrolling digital solutions for Customer Services from PMBP team side and act as multiplicator for such topics deployed in Customer Services and beyond.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring that project management principles, processes and tools are fully deployed, harmonized and effectively used in digitalization initiatives and projects
· Guiding the business in terms of PM and shaping PM methods and tools in accordance with PMBP department standards adapted to the needs of digitalization projects/portfolio
· Introducing agile approaches and way of workings to the business where sensible and beneficial
· Integrating digital solutions and new way of working into the daily routines and governance to maximizes benefits
· Showcasing possibilities of existing possibilities in the Skywise environment & Analyzing customer needs and proposing the best solution for matching customer expectations
· Supporting anticipation of potential business issues through smart data analysis and proposing solutions for improvement and mitigation
· Ensuring alignment of digital solutions between all stakeholder around In Service topics
· Performing digitalization trainings in PMBP and business areas and teaching key users for a train-the-trainer approach
· Collecting and managing user-feedback and performing iteration circles with solution providers to improve digital solutions
· Ensuring communication exchange of best digital practice cross Customer Services by establishing a “power user” network in PMBP area and the business.
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Confirmed experience in Big Data and ability to understand impact of implementing Big Data to the business
· Project management experience
· Technical background would be a plus
· Team player and collaborative
· Ability to speak up
· Negotiation level of English is required. French would be a plus.
