Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic recent graduates or Last Year Students (pending on max. 2 subjects + Final Project) looking forward to starting their careers within Airbus!

You will create and develop digital learning solutions in the area of Quality to boost competence development within the company. Based on Quality strategy and business needs, you will assess and select the most appropriate learning method (e.g. video, rich media, e-learning) and design new or improve existing courses according to the tools and requirements specified by HR and linked to the learning data base.

 

Your main activities will include:

# Developing learning specifications

# Recording and editing videos

# Creating e-learning, Richmedia or other videos

# Carrying out the validation and test phase

# Delivering content to HR

# Reviewing and adapting content according to HR Tools requirements (use of Momindum).

 

The Jobholder will support the Academy learning innovation projects in order to improve the Learning Digital Environment and Digital experience of the

employees.

 

Additionally you will support in the creation and implementation of Learning Paths for Quality and be involved in the regular communication of Quality learning innovation topics and Academy achievements and best practices.

Suitable candidates will match the following profile:

Master's degree digital media / mdia design

English level. Advanced
