Description of the job

A vacancy for a One Atlas Data Marketing Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse. As the successful candidate you will join the Marketing Sales and Commercial Contracts department.
In the Defence & Security field, our solutions provide to our governmental customers the latest technologies in Systems Integration to enable accurate decisions at all levels of the Command Chain.

In the Agriculture, Maritime or Oil & Gaz Industries, our customers, global leaders in their fields, can support their strategies using precise and accurate information from our imagery-based turnkey solutions.

In the institutional environment, our customers can use our data and services in their land administration or public safety missions.

The One Atlas Data - Living Library (LL) Marketing Manager is in charge of ensuring the market knowledge, customers' needs capture, developing the future services of One Atlas Data - LL and supporting Sales & Bids developing the right marketing tools.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Ensuring up-to-date customer knowledge and competitive intelligence
·  Giving recommendations for Airbus strategic positioning, working on differentiators, USPs and marketing messages
·  Participating to the definition of the future offers, working on the 4Ps, and ensuring the successful launch of new offers
·  Defining offers' content: future systems and services functionalities (including MVPs), ensuring needs from customers are well taken into account
·  Pricing model: participate to the definition of the pricing model and new business models
·  Go-to-market: defining go-to-market strategy for new offers
·  Being responsible of new offers launch and relevant promotion on the market
·  Delivering marketing messages and positioning for One Atlas Data - Living Library globally
·  Planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events
·  Developing marketing presentation and promotional material (flyers, demo tools, videos…)
·  Ensuring internal awareness on One Atlas Data - Living Library within the company
·  Creating sales kit and marketing tools
·  Sales Training
·  Presentations to customers, preparation of customers visits
·  Support to Bids for RFP

You will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team, defense sales, project management, engineering and product development team.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  First experience in Marketing, with an interest for complex products and solutions
·  Knowledge of Digital market on an international scope would be appreciated
·  Well-organized and dynamic
·  Team player, capacity to work in a complex environment and in project mode
·  Customer focused, ability to capture market's needs
·  Great communication skill
·  Creative and innovative, able to bring new ideas to develop our positioning
·  Interested by new and digital technologies and ability to work in agile mode
·  A negotiation level in French and English is required

This role will involves some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
