As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for HR Training Project Leader Coordinator (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus at the Leadership University site.

This internship is to be filled from January, 6th, 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

The Leadership University contributes to building a company culture which cultivates high performing and inclusive teams, encourages collaborative ways of working and supports employees to be more autonomous. It encourages leaders to invest time and energy to develop themselves and their teams to drive this culture change within the Group.

You will join a team of Training Project/Programme Coordinators who ensure the smooth running of designated Projects and Programmes and provide the operational interface between the relevant trainers/facilitators and the support functions.

You have to ensure the administrative and logistics deployment in place to support project execution in time, delivery, quality and cost. The mission starts with the project planning and ends with the follow-up of the realization, and implementation at project closure. You will work on ensuring the monitoring and controlling as well as performance management including continuous improvement of our processes and methods. As such, you will works closely with experts and different parties of the University and of relevant departments within Airbus.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Analyze current situation of the team activities (processes, flow of communication and use of tools)

- Suggest areas for improvement and ways of working in a changing environment (new tools, new organization)

- Manage impacts of this change (on team, peers & stakeholders)

- Plan & Coordinate learning activities (anticipate the needs in terms of resources, support the design teams, scheduling, course operations - pre-, during and post-course)

- Ensure the quality and supply of training documentation and special equipment

- Monitor overall budget of each product (liaising with purchasing / supply chain departments)

- Monitor contracting and invoicing processes

- Follow up on quality through defined KPIs and improvements actions 

- Ensure ongoing communication with various stakeholders (internal focal points, suppliers and external partners)

- Implement KPIs for the team to better monitor our activity and create a visual management board for the team

- Support learning activities (support the design teams, scheduling, course operations - pre-, during and post-course)

- Organize visits, specific events

Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4, Bac+5, gap year in Human Resources, Quality (or equivalent) and you have the following skills:

- You Master Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)

- English and French: Advanced
- Spanish and/or German would be a plus

Soft skills:

- Solution/Customer oriented

- Continuous improvement spirit

- Autonomous, proactive and flexible

- Well organized and rigorous

- Good organizational & communication skills

- Real team and collaborative working skills
