Tasks & accountabilities

In the Frame of the A400M program, APSYS is proposing opportunity to perform Root Cause Analysis of Manufacturing (Supply Chain, FAL) incident with potential Safety impact. The job consists in :

·  Support of AIRBUS Defence & Space Quality Team in Process deployment & follow-up.
·  Challenge provided information about Safety issues (Containment, Root Cause and Corrective Actions) in order to assess the dossier consistency/completeness
·  Contact relevant people and follow actions to perform the dossier consistency/completeness
·  Scan Event dossiers to identify which one require to be presented to Safety Manufacturing Panel meeting
·  Send questions and collect answers from Event Manager to allow SMP members assessment
·  Perform specific data analysis
·  Set up KPI, dashboard, awareness material and sessions
·  Manage/capture lessons learnt

Required skills

·  Generalist Engineer Electronic or Mechanical
·  At least 2 years of experiences in Manufacturing/Maintenance
·  Knowledge in A/C avionics systems (all ATA), in General Physics of A/C
·  Competences in Manufacturing and Production assembly & Maintenance
