Airbus Defence and Space (Elancourt) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
Within the Legal Affairs department of the Airbus Defence and Space division of the Airbus Group, you will be in charge of assisting the various lawyers of the department.
This internship will start on 1st September 2015 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Performing documentary research and analysis on procurement and contract laws
· Analysing commercial proposal projects prepared by the Airbus Defence and Space commercial teams
· Analysing procurement projects issued by customers in France or abroad and contributing to the reflection in view of proposing clauses to improve contracts and to reduce the contractual risks for Airbus Defence and Space
· Contributing to the drafting and analysis of private law contracts to implement projects upstream or for the purposes of their execution, in particular: confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, preliminary cooperation agreements, supply, subcontracting contracts, GME agreements, etc.
· Assisting with the drafting of any mail as part of project performance follow-up.
Profil recherché
Required skills
You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a business/management school or university, specialising in Business Law.
You ideally have initial experience in this field.
You have good knowledge of contract laws, knowledge of competition laws would be a plus.
You are recognised for your synthesis skills and your excellent witting skills
You a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
English: Advanced level (would be a plus)
