As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. Information Management (IM) delivers the expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Space and Aerospace products – We make it fly!

Summary statement: Analyses Information System for improving business performance. Proposes plans and manages functional and technical evolutions of the Information System within the relevant business domain. Mission: Identifies areas where information system changes are needed to support business plans and monitors the impact in terms of change management. Contributes to the general functional requirements of the business organization in the area of ICT solutions. Analyses business needs and translates them into ICT solutions. Manages and implements updates to existing applications and maintenance activities guided by the needs, costs and plans agreed with internal users. Ensures quality of service and internal user satisfaction.

Main tasks • Contribute to the preparation of the business plan of the organization • Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible ICT solutions compliant with the ICT strategy • Responsible for managing the information technology development within the business domain • Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa • Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of the configuration of the information system • Evaluate the relevance of the Information systems to the business domain • Build requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions • Build a knowledge base through understanding the organization's information system

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Responsible for developing the Continual Service Improvements process within IT Organization ensuring consistency across organization.
·  Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing ICT solutions compliant with ICT Strategy
·  Responsible for managing the information technology development within the business domain
·  Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa
·  Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of the configuration of the information system
·  Evaluate the relevance of the Information systems to the business domain
·  Build requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions
·  Build a knowledge base through understanding the organization's information system

Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Bachelor degree in IT paired with ITIL Intermediate level certification in Service Lifecycle category.
·  3-5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience.
·  Excellent knowledge in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence methods and tools (architecture, design, data collect and process, analysis and reporting).
·  Agile project management (SCRUM) capabilities are valued.
·  Strong technical background is required to ensure the right management of Continual Service Improvement implementation in full alignment with technical community.
·  Communication skills are important as most of the activities imply a good relationship with technical domains and other areas within IM organization.
·  Management profile is also required to ensure right coordination and adherence of technical community to CSI processes.
·  Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish. French and German skills are valued.
