Description of the job

A vacancy for an IT Process & Quality Assurance Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse. You will join the “Performance & Optimisation” department, in the Information Management Division.

It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space.
As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical, as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy. Especially for young talents, IM offers best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forward-looking environment. Working in IM means living global trends (developments) such as digitisation, innovation and a new way of working.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Business Management System (BMS):

·  Creating, animating and maintaining a process network made up by main stakeholders across IM in France in order to establish a strong process improvement culture and secure the relevant certification accomplishment (EN9100 certification aspects)
·  Regularly performing alignments with the central BMS governance at Airbus DS IM
·  Communicating across IM France process network on central ADS BMS Governance (TOIG, TOL, TOQ, etc.) directives, terminologies and objectives (e.g. Processes & Doc Management Infrastructure)
·  Being responsible for BMS/Process management topics across IM France in the respective forums
·  Establishing reporting on those topics

2. Quality Assurance:

·  Supporting audit campaigns in France to overcome and maintain the different certifications in IM Airbus Defence and Space
·  Drumbeating action plans and improvement opportunities for the different services
·  Being responsible of main initiatives in IM Performance

This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Master's degree (or equivalent)
·  Experience in lean, problem-solving, & product lifecycle
·  Knowledge and experience in quality and quality assurance
·  Having an EN9100 audit certification (to conduct internal audits and to support external audits in France) would be a plus
·  Comprehensive knowledge of IM environment and systems engineering
·  Knowledge of the following tools: JIRA, SharePoint and the MS Office suite
·  Autonomy, communication skills, team spirit, proactivity, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
·  French: negotiation level
·  English: negotiation level
