A vacancy for a IT Business Analyst Programms, Performance Improvement (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn. The successful applicant will join BRM Marketing Sales & Program Excellence *TZIPM.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Act as focal point to Programmes & Performance organisation (End2End approach) focussing on Programme Management tools and Reporting applications, proposing improvements and foster the digitalisation of Airbus Defence and Space.

Your Mission:
Identify areas where information system changes are needed to support business plans, and monitor the impact in terms of change management. Contribute to the general functional requirements of the business organization in the area of ICT solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Analyse business needs and translate them into ICT Solutions for Airbus Defence and Space Programmes & Performance.

The ICT solutions are related to Project Management Server, Risk Management, Reporting tools, and ERP systems

·  Define adaptations and changes in source systems. Define extraction of data into the Airbus Defence and Space BI layer and
·  datalake
·  Improving backend solutions for Program- / Project Management landscape
·  Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape. Continuously work on further

simplification and consolidation of this landscape

·  Management, Application Maintenance & Evolution of relevant Information Systems for Programmes & Performance tools
·  Foster harmonization in Information Systems for Programmes & Performance in overall Airbus Defence and Space
·  Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.

Required skills

·  University degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Project Management and/or information technology or similar
·  Strong Analytical capabilities
·  Broad knowledge of Program/- Project Management tools / industrial standards like MS Project, Primavera, UPDev
·  Background in ERP systems, SAP, SAP HANA
·  Knowledge of Reporting and Risk Management tools used in Airbus Defence and Space

Ability to understand data source structure and content, e.g., fields, data quality, ranges, volume, etc., and to extract from SQL
and non-SQL databases

·  Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: C, Java
·  SQL knowledge
·  Good communication skills – tell an effective story with the data
·  Self organised, proactive team player
·  Motivated to meet the project goals in time, cost, quality.
·  Aeronautic/Space/Defence certification
·  English :Negotiation level
·  German :Advanced level
