Job Description

• As a fully qualified lawyer, the Legal Counsel – Contracts is involved in and contributes to all contracting processes and contract negotiations. • Provide proactive business and cost effective legal advice and services to company’s Functions (procurement, sales, customer services and support, programs, delivery operations, finance, business development, engineering and environment) in the area of contracts drafting, negotiation, administration and claims management. • Support company business activities through education, advice, structuring, contract drafting and negotiation support. • Supports the creation and implementation of legal and contractual standard documentation and legal processes. • Ensures regular information and reporting to company legal function executives of legal risk or liability issues as well as legal opportunities. • Monitor legal and regulatory developments of concern to the company, analyze their effects on Company business and advise management of implications and solutions.
