Description of the job
Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship. This internship could start beginning of 2017 or April/May 2017 (start date subject to some flexibility).
We are looking for an intern to support Project Managers, in the context of the “Impulse Project”, which is a collaborative approach involving more than 50 HRBPs in a transnational environment and which supports changes within the business.
Primary responsibilities include operational support to HRBP and contribution to specific HR projects.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
· Animating and moderating the HHE Impulse community (on the HUB internal network).
· Defining the approach to manage the higher level management population.
· Managing the consolidation of information (defining and creating a common reporting tool).
· Preparing and organising transnational events.
· Backing and providing support for the dissemination of an important project for leadership and individual performance management.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· You are in the last year of a Master's degree specialising in Human Resources and looking for a 6 months internship.
· You ideally have initial experience in HR and have a strong ability to adapt to different environments/situations.
· Good knowledge of Excel and SAP would be a plus.
· Experience in Project Management would be a plus.
· You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
· You have a negotiation level in French and advanced level in English.
