Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 4 to 6-month internship.

The TEM organisation mission is to ensure that a network of talented people is maintained within Airbus Group, and is monitored and developed in order to guarantee the succession plan to our Top Management positions within Airbus Group.

The TEM Operations team includes focal points from each division to ensure service operations are performed in a standardised way: presentations for People Reviews, statistics, organisation of Visibility Events, appointments to internal and external development programs, Airbus Group Mentoring, etc.

This internship will start on 1st November 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for providing Visibility Events and Airbus Group mentoring to the organisation.

Required skills

You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree, or you are in the 4th or 5th year of a business school or university, specialising in Human Resources.

You have at least initial experience in this field and have in-depth knowledge of Stakeholder Management.

You are organised and have a structured approach.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
