Description of the job

An internship in supply chain supplier quality development is available within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.
You will join the Supply Chain Department within the Procurement production Team. The team is composed of Providers Improvement Managers in charge of improving the providers' performances following operational teams' requests.

The team activity consists in implementing quality methodologies for the providers, capabilities to analyse and solve issues, as well as performing maturity, capabilities & production capacities audits for each provider.

Your mission will be to support the team in its daily activity, suggest new solutions to better manage the Improvement Managers missions. You will also contribute to developing the digitalization of the team activity.

This 6 month internship will start from February 26th 2018 (Date subject to flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Contribute to build a referential for the Supplier Development Community.
·  Suggest new solutions to improve the communication and transparency with internal customers for a more efficient interdepartmental collaboration.
·  Propose activity digitalization solutions for teams based in different countries, coordinate its development and implementation.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to 4 year degree level (or equivalent) in (subject) Supply Chain, Engineering with a major in digitalization or a related discipline.
·  Master use of Pack Office
·  Knowledge of Supply Management
·  Knowledge of flux simulation tools would be a plus
·  Curiosity
·  Open mind
·  Synthetic mind
·  Negotiation level of English and intermediate of French
