Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 3-month internship.

You will join the team in charge of retrieving and optimising Tech data supplier data for all Airbus programmes in order to produce improved processes (approximately 400 suppliers).

This internship will start on 6th March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will involve:

·  Correctly and in a harmonised fashion, reconstructing and cleaning the existing databases,
·  Checking the exactitude of the data with the suppliers,
·  Deploying the new database on a shared server and with all stakeholders.

Required skills

You have a high school or 2-year degree in Purchasing, Sales Administration, Commercial or Business Management and are working on a 2 or 3-year degree.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

You are known for your organised nature and your ability to work alone.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level.
