Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Providing the interface between customers and suppliers,
·  Drawing up the forecast plans for items and services where necessary,
·  Confirming availabilities and negotiating supply lead times,
·  Identifying and following up on missing parts,
·  Negotiating the deadlines and coordinating the deliveries,
·  Ensuring the complete delivery to the point of use.

Required skills

You are in the first year of a business school, completing a bachelor's degree or at university (3-year degree), specialising in Supply Chain / Logistics.

You ideally have initial experience in Production Management, Project Management and Communication.

You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: Intermediate level,
French: Intermediate level.
