Description of the job

An internship offer entitled "STUDY AND DESIGN OF A HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLUTION FOR AVIONICS SYSTEMS (M/F)" has just opened at Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.
You will join the department responsible for loading data and document solutions on board. Your main task will be to carry out a study to select and evaluate new high-speed "buses" and/or protocols to improve the loading time of avionics systems.
This internship will start in February 2018 (date subject to flexibility) and will last 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for the following key activities:

·  collection of need (and therefore constraints)
·  market research on the different types of "buses" existing or under development
·  definition of the selection criteria and proposal for an evaluation of each bus according to these criteria

Required skills

You have the following experience and skills:

·  Currently in the last year of engineering schools or equivalent, this internship will allow you to validate a diploma of level Bac+5 (Master 2) in Networks and Telecommunications.
·  Advanced knowledge in networks, buses and systems
·  Knowledge of Model Based design will be a plus
·  Pack Office
·  Autonomy
·  Communication skills

·  Synthesis spirit
·  Language skills: minimum advanced level in English
