Airbus Group Innovations (Suresnes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship contract in the Corporate Communications -Sponsorship & advertising Department

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: (Bullet points to be used)
Monitoring and Follow-up of the Sponsorship, Donation, Membership requests:

·  Handling of incoming Sponsorship, Donation and Membership Request Forms: assessment, follow-up and recording
·  Handling of sponsorship requests sent from general public and institutions through the website
·  Support to the external sponsored conferences
·  Support in implementing the new Directive for Sponsorships, Donations and Memberships and its related Process
·  Support in the implementation of the Sponsorship Management Tool
·  Support in the creation of the 2016 Sponsorship, Donation and Membership Report

Advertising

·  Contribute, in support of the team, to the management of advertising/media booking requests
·  Contribute to the Airbus cross coordination for all advertising activities

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are in the last year master or university (5th year) and your specialty communication.
·  You are flexible, agile, dynamic and multi-task, international experience.
·  Language Skills: English : Fluent – French : Fluent – German : Welcome.
