Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

In the context of major launcher and space vehicle development Programs, Airbus Safran Launchers design, produce and maintain many tools with cutting edge technologies.
In this context, the company is looking for an intern to join the project team responsible for upstream software development and engineering activities based on RFID technology.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will participate in the production of software for testing, monitoring and implementation of RFID peripherals (antennas, printers, etc.) or utility software (network, HMI, database, etc.).
This software is part of the software suite being developed within the company.

Required skills

You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of engineering school, specialising in Telecommunications/Networks.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You have the following technical skills:

·  UML, object-oriented design,
·  Java, Windows operating systems and development environments,
·  HMI development in Eclipse (option),
·  Database management,
·  Data representation (XML, etc.) (option) Hardware,
·  Integration (I/F cards and protocols) (option) Web services (option).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

French: fluent level
