Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 3 to 5-month internship.

You will join the Social Service within the Les Mureaux plant and will work alongside the assistant social worker.

This internship will start on 1st October 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Carrying out employee interviews, prior to the drafting of professional writings,
·  Participating in the follow up driven by the work social service, in link with the Human Resources policy, concerning accommodation, disability, nursery, RPS, etc.,
·  Participating in work groups between various ASL social work services in the context of the harmonisation of social tools and data.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a business school, completing a Master's degree or in the 4th year of university, and you have chosen to focus on a career as a social worker.

Ideally, you have initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
