Description of the job

An internship in secondary (used) aircraft market analysis (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.

You will join the Leasing and Investor Marketing department which is responsible for the marketing and asset management of the re-use of secondary aircraft market.

You will develop more in depth understanding on the way the secondary market develops and the short to medium-term impact on new aircraft sales and whether there are regional implications.

This 6 months internship will start from September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will support buyers on the following topics:

·  Production of material summarising findings
·  Formulation of standard database enquiries that can be used to continue the analysis and update the material in the future
·  Robust model to forecast and analyse future lease returns.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are in Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree level (or equivalent) in business, mathematics, IT or engineering area.
·  You are a proficient user of Pack Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
·  You have knowledge in data analysis, big data.
·  Knowledge in aeronautical industry would be a plus
·  Soft skills : creative, flexible, passionate about aviation, communicative
·  Advanced level in English
