Description of the job

An internship in Internship Recruitment Assistant has arisen within Airbus Corporate Functions in Blagnac.
You will join the HR Department more specifically the recruitment team in charge of the recruitments & motilities of the permanent employees for the Airbus Defence & Space division. Within an organization in full swing and thus rich in opportunities, activity in strong growth and with high visibility.
Your mission will consist in supporting the French Recruitment team in its daily activities as well as suggesting new methods for the team to share issues, profiles, candidates and best practices in order to ensure better efficiency in recruitment and better synergy within the teams. You will have interactions with different stakeholders in a passionate and supportive team.
This 6 Month internship will start from September 4th 2017 (Date subject to some flexibility).

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Master 1 degree level (or equivalent) in HR Business Administration or a related discipline.
·  Pack Office

·  Advanced level of English
