Description of the job

In order to boost the A330 Program digital transformation, the internship will consist in "end to end" management of a digitial initiatives portfolio (~ 10) centered around:

·  data federation/exploration/analytics
·  statistics, trends & reporting build-up

Interfaces will include:

·  ICT Project managers
·  Business project leader (A330 program)
·  Internal customer (Programmes, Customer Affairs, Procurement, Strategy, Engineering, Customer Services)
·  Technical experts

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Full autonomy on portfolio management to deliver viable Proof Of Concepts
·  Assess potential Return Of Investment (ROI) & added value of each initiative for the internal and external customers
·  Assist Project Manager (PM) in GO/NO GO decision for prototyping
·  Capture and understand the user requirements
·  Specify, design & develop technical benchmark via the ICT GreenHouse initiative
·  Assess final result and report to project team
·  Ensure handover to project team for industrialization
·  Improve guidance (internal & external) and sales via internal & external data
·  Passenger influence via web platforms
·  Passenger satisfaction via social media

Required skills

·  Currently studying towards Bac +5.
·  Data integration (master data management, ETL , Quality) & data science
·  Web oriented IT languages development (Java, PHP, .NET …)
·  Database management (SQL)
·  Project management, R&T ways of working
·  Good relationship skills and strong attention to detail
·  French: Fluent
·  English: Advanced
