Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Within the AIT Engineering department, you will take part to both Ariane 5 and Ariane 6 projects.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Within the AIT Engineering department, you will take part to both Ariane 5 and Ariane 6 projects.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Required skills

You are in the 3rd or 4th year of an engineering school or university, specialising Aerospace Engineering.

You ideally have a first experience and have good knowledge of:

·  Jigs & Tools maintenance core competence,
·  Tool Tech, Concept & Design for D&S,
·  Fundamental Manufacturing Engineering (production environment - engineering documents / MAIT Methods - Toolmaking for D&S).
·  Product manufacture's exigences,
·  Quality Improvement Processes for D&S,
·  Standard Line Balancing methods,
·  The bases of performance improvement.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
