Description of the job

Under the supervision of Airbus legal counsels, you will help Airbus Lawyers on IP, IT and R&T matters, including on contract law, competition law, business law and legal issue in connection with IP/IT/R&T.

This internship will start in October 2017 for 6 months (Blagnac).

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Doing legal research in contract law (French and English law)
·  Supporting in drafting contracts, drafting legal memorandum, performing risk assessments and providing recommendations on legal issues,
·  Participate to contract negotiations

Required skills

·  Final year of a Master's degree, or of a law school.
·  A 1st experience is a plus
·  Knowledge in contract and business law
·  You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
·  English: Negotiation level / French: Fluent level.
