Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Context of your internship: set-up of a continuous improvement project with the AOS and Continuous Improvement department in collaboration with the Machine Tool and Service Centre production units:

·  Performance of industrial means
·  Reorganisation of the workshop zone.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Meeting project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction, in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
·  Defining, implementing and steering the project team/organisation during project phases, including personnel from other functions (matrix organisation)
·  Ensuring the successful integration of lessons learned. Actively managing risks, opportunities and contracts (internal or external)
·  Ensuring the effective management of partners and suppliers.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school or a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Engineering/Production.

You ideally have some initial experience.

You have knowledge in:

·  Manufacturing processes
·  Project management
·  Communication
·  Office suite.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: Advanced level
French: Fluent.
