Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse – St Martin) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will integrate the system team transformation within ESXS, you will support the continuous improvement of engineering activities, the deployement of visual management with performance and monitoring KPI .

This internship will start on September 4th, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Defining the tools and KPI supporting the Visual management
·  Participating to the problems resolution process, to animate the PPS (Practical Problem Solving) for continuous improvement
·  Communicating and collaborating with the Quality and Lean engineering teams, in order to be consistent with AIRBUS best practice.
·  Ensuring the communication and the promotion of the new way of working, the new processes and tools, within the team.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or in the 3rd year of an engineering school, specialising in Engineering / Quality method.

You have knowledge of:

·  Microsoft office
·  VBA
·  project management

You have the following qualities:

·  sense of the organization
·  rigour and autonomy

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
