Description of the job
An internship position in Culture Change Management Project (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Airbus Culture & Change department.
In the context of Culture Change activities for Airbus in France, Awards for Excellence are designed to recognise employees and teams for exceptional contributions to the business objectives, and for the way in which they are delivered, fostering teamwork and collective responsibility for results.
The purpose of the internship is to manage the Awards for Excellence 2017 project.
This internship will start in February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· building panels who will assess projects
· organising communication in close link with communication department, HRBPs, etc.
· preparing panels
· ensuring smooth panels
· organising the final ceremony
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· In the 1st or 2nd of a Master's degree in university or business school, with a specialization in HR and/or Business Management,
· Experience in Project Management
· Good Excel proficiency level (pivot table, V Lookup, etc.)
· Good PowerPoint proficiency
· Good communication skills (numerous stakeholders as HRBPs, President, etc.)
· Autonomous and team player
· Advanced level of English and French
