Description of the job

Airbus (Nantes) is looking for an intern for a 2 to 3-month internship.

You will join the Human Resources teams at the Nantes site, specifically the A350 CDT Human Resources Business Partners team.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Following up and analysing annual reviews of employees in the A350 unit (main mission),
·  Helping to deploy the pay policy to support the HRBPs for the scope in question,
·  Assisting the HRBPs in some of their daily activities,
·  Acting as the direct focal point for employees for certain administrative topics.

Required skills

You are studying for a 4/5-year degree, specialising in Human Resources.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you are a proficient user of Excel and Powerpoint.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level.
French: intermediate level.
