Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for 6-month internship. This internship will start in January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

You will work within the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) team in Toulouse which provides support to the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) function and organised in a transnational manner.

The ICT function employ 1,300 people located in Europe and in all countries in which Airbus is present. The ICT professionals have the opportunity of working on the entire lifecycle of the aircraft.
ICT internal customers are Engineering, Manufacturing, Programme Management and other Airbus functions.

Tasks & accountabilities

As the successful candidate, you will be in charge of:

·  Supporting HRBPs for the deployment of HR campaigns over the entire scope (annual reviews, recruitment, mobility, performance, salary increase, promotions, etc.).
·  Acting as the project manager for some projects, such as those related to integration, mobility, development, etc.
·  Supporting HRBPs for the implementation of awareness sessions of HRBP activities and role.
·  Understanding and answering to business needs.
·  Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and HR tools in order to answer to business requests.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competencies & skills:

·  You are enrolled in a Master's degree in Human Resources and you wish to have the opportunity to take part in essential moments of the HR annual cycle during a 6-month internship.
·  You have initial experience in Human Resources or a specialisation in labour law would be a plus.
·  Good experience handling Excel (V lookup, pivot tables, database management, etc.) and the MS Office software suite.
·  You are pragmatic, and you have an attention for and interest in statistical analysis
·  You are recognised for your discreteness and your ability to respect confidentiality
·  You are fluent in French and have an advanced level of English.
